Creating The Movie Poster: Progress

At the start of creating my movie poster, I needed to research a variety of posters that I could take inspiration from. After looking at some such as 'The Woman In Black' and 'Tormented' I felt as though my film follows this type of genre, and could look similiar in terms of design and colours used. When taking my photography, Ive tried to make my main character stand to the left of the poster so that I can insert an edited ghostly image to the right of the poster making it appear, as though the ghostly images is following or haunting the main character. Below is an example of what type of poster I will be aiming to achieve in creating.
